Monarch Mountain is hiring! We have full and part time positions available in most departments. Departments include: Base Services, Children’s Center, Food & Beverage, Lift Operations, Tubing, Rentals, Retail, Ski & Ride School, Ski Patrol, Snow Grooming, and Vehicle Maintenance. Free season pass and other discounts available. Employee transportation available from Buena Vista and Poncha Springs/Salida. Stating pay in most departments is $18/hour.

Monarch Mountain is an independent ski resort located in the State of Colorado. It is twenty miles west of Salida, Colorado, on U.S. Highway 50. The resort is situated on Monarch Pass at the continental divide.
