Our stunning 268-acre campus, featuring a 15-acre lake, is nestled near the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and the Appalachian Trail. This vibrant landscape, rich with wildlife, birds, and fish, transforms into your classroom, offering endless opportunities for adventure and learning.

What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $700 per week, room and board provided, valued at approximately $400 per week. Seasonal Bonus: Earn an $800 completion bonus when you stay through the entire season. Wilderness First Responder certification course available from March 16–22, 2025.

Qualifications:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, effectively prioritize tasks, negotiate solutions, and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, professionalism, and a commitment to leading by example. A deep dedication to advancing the mission of Princeton-Blairstown Center.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree, however, experience in the field can be substituted.
Experience working with young people, individually and in groups.
Able to work long hours, including evening and late-night programs, in high stress conditions.
Able to live and work in both outdoor spaces and rustic environments.
Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency.
Excellent verbal and written communication .

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with young people from historically marginalized communities.
Training and experience leading and or facilitating low and high ropes courses, canoeing, backpacking, and hiking.
