Overview
The Office Manager’s main objective is to ensure that CFI’s administrative systems and office processes are efficient and effective, supporting the organization’s overall productivity. This role oversees all administrative functions, such as managing reservations, registrations, contract administration, launch and campsite permitting, permit use reporting, tuition assistance applications, and timesheets. The Office Manager collaborates closely with all CFI departments and external providers to evaluate, implement, and upgrade office systems.

Pay: $22 per hour
Benefits:
– Health, Vision and Dental Insurance 75%/25% split between CFI and employee
– 401K with 3% CFI match can start after the first 60 days of full-time work
– Vacation and sick time accrual
– Paid vacation days include the full week of Thanksgiving and the week of December 25th
Qualifications:
- Current Utah Food Handlers certification
- Experience working in a high-volume food preparation environment
- Experience working with dietary allergies and restrictions
- Strong risk-management skills and ability to follow organizational safety protocols
- Basic First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
