Our mission is to foster responsible interaction with our natural surroundings and to generate knowledge of the unique marine and coastal ecosystems of Kachemak Bay through science-based environmental education and stewardship.

Our organization wants to support all staff in learning about the environment; we invest heavily in wide-ranging staff training and invest in personal and professional development of interest to you, and appreciate people who share their ideas.
