Overview

The Program Coordinator (PC) role is a year-round position which, along with the Girls Camp and Lead Program Directors at Miniwanca, is responsible for the planning, preparing and delivering of inclusive, residential youth development programs, year-round, at Miniwanca, with a primary focus on the summer camp program. The PC is heavily involved with the running of program throughout the summer and helps to ensure that all state, American Camping Association, and AYF program regulations are followed. In the non-summer seasons, the PC is the primary manager of Miniwanca’s ideal client relationships, interfacing with program participants and parents from the camp community, as well as marketing and selling the summer program. Additionally, alongside other staff, this role supports winter, spring, and fall programming through direct program leading, planning, and client relations for the programs of those seasons.
