Overview

Starting several weeks before our summer begins, Summer Assistant Directors will take a more substantive role in facilitating Leader Training, managing trip logistics, communicating with families and other organizations, and troubleshooting on-trip challenges. Previous experience in the outdoor industry, working with students, and an excellent history of problem solving and risk management are preferred.

About Apogee Adventures

Apogee provides teenagers with well-designed hiking, biking, community service, writing, photography, and language programs varying in length from 1-6 weeks to spectacular locations throughout the United States, Canada, Central America, Europe, and Caribbean. Additional activities include sea kayaking, surfing, ice climbing, rock climbing, and whitewater rafting.

We travel in small, supportive, co-ed groups led by phenomenal leaders. In these challenging and supportive environments, students will achieve new heights.
