As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with Avid4 Adventure, you will become part of a team of people who all share the belief that participation in the outdoors has the power to transform kids’ lives. Our programs empower pre-K – 12th graders with the skills and confidence to live active, healthy lifestyles as they learn to paddle, bike, hike, climb and thrive in the outdoors.
You will lead and guide our conversations around strategic planning, revenue growth, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Together with other members of the executive team, you will help move Avid4 towards its 10-year vision, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening systems and operations. You will be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams. You will be overseeing the marketing and customer experience teams.

As the CMO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team and report directly to Avid4’s CEO.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of a proven game-changer track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing business strategy.
Significant general management and P&L experience.
History of decision-making based on business metrics.
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.

5+ years of experience leading strategy with a for-profit company with demonstrated and significant social values.
Track record of B2C growth in sales/revenue.
Strong technical experience with HubSpot automation software and WordPress website services.
Significant experience in the outdoors - either professionally or personally. Ideally, you have genuine experience and interest in engaging in outdoor pursuits.
WORK SCHEDULE & BENEFITS:
Work location: Our Headquarters are located in Louisville, CO. Although there are certain times when in-person meetings and work are necessary, the CMO has the flexibility to work from home or other off-site locations.
Compensation includes on-target salary and bonus:
On-target compensation range: $125,000 - $175,000.
Bonus possibilities: Significant upside possible if revenue goals exceeded. No limit on bonus potential - bonuses increase as % above goal in
