Adventure Coordinator Wanted! Are you an adventure-seeker with experience in wilderness programs
and a passion for guiding outdoor adventures? We are looking for Adventure Coordinators who are
comfortable working in all types of weather and outdoor settings, and are familiar with one or all of the
activities we offer: XC Skiing, Mountain Biking, Rock climbing or Bouldering, and Canoeing.
As an Adventure Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work a Thursday-Sunday schedule leading
day trips and multi-day trips, exploring the stunning terrain that Southern Idaho has to offer. You’ll work
with clients aged 11-17 & 18-28, leading activities at some of the most breathtaking locations in the
region, including City of Rocks, Sawtooth’s, Craters of the Moon, or Bruneau Sand Dunes, as well as our
operating area in Gooding, ID.
In this exciting role, you’ll play an integral part in working alongside a treatment team leading Adventure
therapy by utilizing the wilderness and outdoor surroundings to help individuals challenge themselves in
a healthy way, promoting emotional, psychological, and behavioral growth. You’ll have the chance to
make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while pursuing your passion for outdoor adventure
Must be 25 years of age, Ability to work in all seasons, clean driving record, ability to pass a sports physical, drug screening, and background check.
WEMT or WFR , NVCI Training, CPR/First Aid (will help you get if you do not already have)
leading or guiding adolescents, comfortable in all weather, experience with one or all of the following: rock climbing, bouldering, cross country skiing, moutain biking, canoe, hiking or snow shoeing.
