Overview
The Wrangler provides support for the barn facilities and program, under the
direction of the Barn Director and Assistant Barn Director. The Wrangler is responsible for the program
delivery of the equestrian and riding program. They are expected to work collaboratively with Barn Staff
to ensure each camper’s physical, social, and emotional health and safety needs are met. They also
ensure the horse herd is cared for, the barn facility and equipment cleanliness are maintained, and all
barn safety protocols are met.
