Our waterskiing program consists of:

Skill Development: Campers learn the fundamentals of waterskiing, including proper stance, balance, and techniques for getting up on skis. Instruction is tailored to accommodate various skill levels, from beginners to more advanced skiers.

Safety First: Safety is a top priority, and campers receive thorough training on water safety practices, equipment usage, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.

Hands-On Training: Participants engage in hands-on practice with experienced instructors, receiving personalized guidance and support as they develop their skiing skills. This includes both individual and group lessons.

Variety of Activities: The program includes a mix of waterskiing styles, such as slalom skiing and trick skiing, as well as fun activities like tubing and wakeboarding, allowing campers to explore different aspects of water sports.

About Camp Fernwood

At Fernwood, you will be teaching girls ages 8-15 who have varying levels of experience. The successful candidate will be joining 150 other staff members from all over the world, where he or she will be residing in an all girls, seven-week program filled with many different activities.
