Our Trip Leaders take groups of campers, ranging from 10 to 14 years of age on two to four-day wilderness trips. Activities include canoeing, hiking, and camping.

As a trip leader, you will work with a co-leader and Glen Brook’s program director in creating and organizing expeditions that are appropriate for each age group and ability. You will be responsible for all logistical aspects of the trips from meal planning and preparing, driving, guiding, and facilitating the experiences for the campers. You will also be supported by the group’s cabin counselors. Technical and logistical experience is essential, as is passion and experience working with a wide age range of children.
