Overview
At Camp Walden Wilderness Trip Leaders are responsible for taking groups of 6 to 8 campers, ages 8-15, into the wilderness of Maine or NH for 2-4 day canoeing, hiking and climbing trips. This includes all preparations for the trips- packing trip and personal gear, planning meals and packing food and becoming familiar with and then reviewing the trip itinerary with the campers.
Qualifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and spirited individuals who are excited to share their passion for wilderness camping with our campers. A successful candidate will have 1-3 years experience leading camping trips, preferably with children, strong problem solving skills and a love of the outdoors. Familiarity with the Maine and NH wilderness a plus.

Founded in 1916 our small, closely knit Walden family of 150 girls, ages 8-15, enables each camper the opportunity to fully develop their own personality and skills.
