Overview
Canyonlands Field Institute (CFI) is seeking a collaborative, energetic leader to be our new Education Director. Based out of Moab, UT, this position oversees all education programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of educational quality, customer service, and risk management.
Qualifications:
Primary Duties
Maintain enthusiasm and dedication to Canyonlands Field Institute’s mission.
Steer the vision for CFI’s curriculum; review and update the educational framework, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
Oversee all education program staffing, curriculum content, measurement, and evaluation.
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) from staffing and recruitment strategies to curriculum design.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Program Manage
