Overview

In addition to the temporary Community Ranger positions advertised earlier, the City of Longmont Natural Resources Division is hiring Temporary Park Rangers to patrol Union Reservoir Nature Area. Union Reservoir is a popular water recreation site on the east side of Longmont. These are entry-level positions focused on public safety and boat patrol.

Temp Rangers will be offered opportunities to grow their skillset and gain certifications through training in emergency medicine, public safety, and boat rescue. Hiring range is $14.57-$17.32/hour. Prior experience or certification in first aid, boating, or natural resources are preferred.
