POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage co-curricular student trips, Ritt Kellogg Climbing Gym, NSO Priddy Experience Trips, and training opportunities sponsored by Outdoor Education; perform leadership duties as second in charge during director’s absence.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Outdoor Education, Outdoor Recreation, Recreation Management or related field plus a minimum of three years related experience to include supervision, budget management, coordination of logistics, assessing best practices, student advising, and leading others in whitewater, backcountry, and/or climbing environments;

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing a climbing facility and staffing; nationally recognized certification such as Wilderness First Responder, AMGA Single Pitch Instructor, ACA, LNT, Swiftwater Rescue, and/or AIARE Avalanche.
