About the Position: Crystal Seas Kayaking is seeking individuals interested in guiding sea kayak tours in Washington State’s San Juan Islands this summer. Join our team for a rewarding season guiding 3-hour, full-day, and 2-6 day tours from June to September. We provide camping and inn tours and are open to training dedicated individuals.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and Responsibilities: We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, a high level of stamina and work ethic, a positive attitude, logical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and with others. Guides will lead small groups, requiring multitasking with a positive and composed demeanor. Successful candidates must commit to established schedules and will receive an end-of-season bonus for meeting this commitment.

Ability to cook meals for guests (training provided)
Basic gear maintenance skills (training provided)
Naturalist skills (training provided)
Knowledge of the area (training provided)
CPR and First Aid certification (must have upon arrival)
