Join us as the Summer Camps & Fellowship Co-Manager and take on a pivotal role in overseeing our dynamic Fellowship and Summer Camp programs in close collaboration with your co-manager. As a key leader, you will be responsible for directing programming and managing emerging professionals. You will also tackle various behind-the-scenes tasks to support your programs, utilizing problem-solving skills and attention to detail both independently and as part of a team. By exhibiting positivity, empathy, and a growth mindset, you’ll have the chance to mentor and inspire the next generation of Environmental Educators while also creating positive experiences for our summer campers.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
3 years teaching K-12 youth.
2 years of experience in managing and developing teams.
1 year experience with the development and delivery of camp programs.
Knowledge and understanding of environmental education pedagogy and best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong emotional intelligence, demonstrating positivity, flexibility, compassion, and the ability to build trusting and successful working relationships.
Ability to work with and present to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including large groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, provide feedback, and facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Founded in 1978, Eagle Bluff is a private, non-profit residential environmental learning center providing accredited environmental education programs, camps, and outdoor adventures in the scenic bluff country near Lanesboro, Minnesota.
