Responsible for assisting with the management of climbing and adventure programs (low ropes, climbing wall and offsite single pitch climbing trips), trip equipment, staff training, providing expert on-the-trail assistance for rock climbing trips (single pitch top rope anchor setting), and assisting all camps in trip preparation, management and clean up. This position often works independently though collaboration with all camps is necessary. This position will spend a significant amount of time in the field.

• Documented training/certification or experience with institutional rock climbing and ropes course/adventure education activities.
• Documented experience/certification in the management of adventure/challenge activities.
• Personal rock-climbing experience
• The ability to communicate well with children and staff.
• Supervisory experience.
• Current WFA certification (WFR preferred). WFA can be obtained through Farm & Wilderness at no cost to the employee.
• Will be 21 years or older at start
