GirlVentures is seeking 1-2 self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals to manage the logistics for our multi-day summer expeditions, under the direction of the Program Director. The successful candidates will have experience working both collaboratively and independently, be able to organize, track and remember details, have excellent time management and delegate tasks effectively. This position plays an integral role in the success of GirlVentures courses. Candidates must demonstrate competency and interest in the responsibilities set forth below. Our ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work hours/schedule, understanding that gear and food must be prepared efficiently and accurately before a course departs. This means working long days in the office packing food and gear, working many weekend days for course prep and post course days and working several long days in the field doing course re-supplies, with some possible overnights.
