Overview
GO WEST CAMPS, Colorado Springs’ premier Summer Day Camp is hiring for summer 2024. Looking for motivated staff to work out in the field with teens in an overnight camping setting. These staff work out in the field with youth for three weeks at a time, 17 days on and 4 days off, providing middle schoolers and teens with unforgettable outdoor experiences.
TRIP AND TRAVEL LEADER – Our Trip and Travel Leaders are those who have experience in teen leadership and multiple of our core adventure program areas; paddle sports, mountain biking, hiking, and/or traditional overnight camping. They work closely with our middle school and teen leadership programs providing unforgettable overnight experiences. Previous experience guiding or work with outdoor youth development programs is preferred.
Required Skills:
Spend 9 weeks of the summer in the field working with kids
