Overview
Clearwater is seeking a full-time Sales & Booking Coordinator who will lead outreach for Clearwater’s sailing programs, manage sail bookings, coordinate group and charter reservations, maintain communication with program participants, and support vessel scheduling and logistics. Suitable candidates are those who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and have experience in sales, tall ship operations, and/or customer service.
Qualifications:
Suitable candidates are those who are detail-oriented and have experience in nonprofit environments using Donor Perfect or similar CRM.
Required Skills:
● Strong interpersonal skills and friendly, persuasive communication style
● Proven track record in sales, booking, or customer service
● Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage many moving pieces at once
● Proficient with digital tools and skilled in tracking data with software reporting and
spreadsheets; experience with FareHarbor or other booking software
● Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
● Valid driver's license
