This individual will be an enthusiastic, goal-oriented manager who plans, coordinates, and oversees our JUMP! Summer Programs in Thailand in June + July. The JUMP! Summer Programs Manager will oversee the design and development of programs + lead enrollment efforts. The JUMP! Summer Programs Manager will effectively solve problems through individual initiative, accurately communicating with the JUMP! Foundation’s multi-cultural and international network and contribute to the total efforts of the dedicated JUMP! Program team.

The JUMP! Summer Programs Manager will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Leading recruitment + enrollment efforts for Summer Programs in Thailand
Managing, overseeing and executing the program management process for all JUMP! Adventures programs.
Management and oversight of program logistics
Coaching Program Managers in managing Facilitation Teams (pre-program, on-program & post-program)
Operating within the Risk Management System (Risk Assessment, Risk Management Plans, Reporting & Emergency Response)
Monitoring and Evaluation of the program (Surveys, Impact analysis & End-of-Program Report)
Managing the creation and tailoring of Program Resources, including Program Specific Handbooks for Students, Educators and Facilitators

3+ years of experience in program management of experiential education programs
Passion for working with youth
Background in experiential education, program design and facilitating off-campus programs
Self-starting and welcomes personal and professional development- Attentive to detail, task-oriented, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
