The JUMP! Foundation is currently seeking a skilled and energetic candidate to fill the role of Project Manager – Risk Management. This individual will be an educational visionary who is also an enthusiastic and goal-oriented manager. The Project Manager – Risk Management will manage all functions related to the risk management of programs and the organization. The Project Manager – Risk Management will effectively solve problems through individual initiative; accurately communicate with the JUMP! Foundation’s multicultural and international client base; and contribute to the total efforts of a small, dedicated team.

The Project Manager – Risk Management will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Manage overall risk management and mitigation for JUMP! Foundation
Manage the Risk Assessment & Risk Management System for JUMP! programs
Support with the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures for JUMP! programs Training JUMP! Staff
Facilitators and Partners in JUMP’s Risk Management Approach
Managing program liability insurance Supporting the management, mentoring, and supporting all JUMP! program staff
Enhancing existing JUMP! programs and developing new JUMP! programs
Contributing to the long-term vision and strategic plan of JUMP! Foundation
Supporting overall management of JUMP! Foundation by being on the Senior Management Team

7+ years work experience in Risk Management
5+ years’ work experience in Experiential Education / Global Citizenship Education Experience working in an international context
Experience designing, developing and managing Experiential Education programs.
Passion for working with youth. Excellent stakeholder management
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Competency with Program/Portfolio ManagementExcellent time management
Proficiency in managing program finances and budgets

Required Skills:

Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the International School system
Prior experience living and working abroad in multicultural contexts
