Overview
The Adventure Programs Assistant Manager is a full-time year-round position responsible for the successful implementation of all Keystone Science School’s Adventure Programs. The Adventure Programs Assistant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and staff oversight with support from the Program Manager. Programs include, but are not limited to Summer Adventure Programs and School Year Camping-based Programs. As part of the Program Team, the Adventure Programs Assistant Manager will oversee logistics, develop curriculum, serve as points of contact to clients, collaborate with other administrative staff, support program needs as they arise, and assist in managing program staff. This position will also provide oversight, mentorship, and management to program staff, which includes hiring, training, and coaching.
