Overview

All outfitting services, including guided wilderness trip assistance and non-guided trip assistance. All ranch chores, general labor including feeding llamas, cleaning, vaccinations and animal husbandry, repairs, working with and training llamas. Starting June 1 through mid September (end date flexible).

Qualifications:

Adult 18 yrs or older. A strong desire to work outside and spend overnight multiple days in remote back country. Need to be able to hike long distances, at high altitudes, and be in reasonable shape. Willing to learn the trade of outfitting with pack llamas and breeding. Flexible scheduling. Work well with other employees. Adult First-aid and CPR certification or equivalent desired.

Required Skills:

Physically fit. Able to hike and work long days in high alpine environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in backcountry high alpine extended over night trips. Comfortable in high end service trade.
