Overview

The Logistics Team or “LT” are a small team who work closely with the owner and Managers to run the whole operation. For our Guests, the LT is often their first impression, they’re the “face” of the company.

They handle guest check-ins and reservations, guide the zipline, answer the phone and emails, staff the espresso stand and help with other projects along the way. It’s a challenging and diverse job with a steep learning curve. Most members of the LT start as Interns.

Required Skills:

The LT needs to have a great customer service attitude, admin experience, a good driving record, and a solid foundation of computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

Marketing/Social media knowledge, familiar with FareHarbor
