Overview

Missoula Outdoor Learning Adventures (MOLA) seeks 12+ staff members for our 2022 outdoor season, including youth group leaders for our summer camp, climb & raft guides, assistant director, and interns. Work outside all day, every day, leading outdoor activities based out of Missoula, Montana. No other local programs do all that we do and go places that we go! This will be our 23rd season.

Qualifications:

Looking for people with at least some experience with kids and outdoor activities. We will also provide training.

Required Skills:

Must have Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or be willing to get it by end of June. Local organization Aerie Backcountry Medicine, based in Missoula, provides lots of class options.

Preferred Skills:

The more experience, the better. Summer camp experience also helpful.

Missoula Outdoor Learning Adventures (MOLA) is an organization dedicated to connecting people with the outdoors! Founded in 2000, we offer outdoor education programs for all ages and all seasons, with an emphasis on youth. We serve the general public, local schools, the University of Montana, and private groups. Our main programs include an outdoor adventure summer camp, school field trips, a 3-credit course at UM, a youth outing club, and private guide services.
