Not Your Typical EMT Program Director Position

Looking for an EMT Training Program Director job that’s anything but typical? Look no further! At The National Center for Outdoor & Adventure Education (NCOAE), we’ve got a full-time position that’s jam-packed with flexibility and awesome perks.

As our EMT Program Director, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to work from home, take days off, and enjoy all the benefits of being part of a nationally accredited organization. And forget about sitting in a stuffy office all day — we’re all about a relaxed work environment where ja casual dress code, and trail runners are more than welcome.

Plus, with 90% of our EMT training programs being offered as hybrid experiences, you’ll get the best of both worlds. You’ll have 10 days of remote, live, VIL (virtual instructor-led training) can be managed/overseen from the comfort of your own home, followed by 11 days of hands-on training at our campus in Wilmington, North Carolina — just a stone’s throw away from the sandy shoreline of Carolina Beach, NC. And during our slower season(Oct.-April.), you’ll have plenty of time to spend with your family, work on home improvement projects, or indulge in your favorite hobbies. Throughout the year, will be anywhere between 6 and 14 days in-between classes.

But that’s not all! You’ll also have the support of a Lead Instructor and a crew of part-time instructors to help you manage the program, ensure the quality of student outcomes, and work with our agency partners. And with an annual salary of $60,000, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s smart, laid-back, passionate about education, cares about students, and loves the great outdoors.
