The NOLS Wilderness Medicine Staffing Coordinators work together with the primary responsibility of designing and implementing the Wilderness Medicine staffing plan for 1000+ courses annually. They serve as a resource and support to 300+ Wilderness Medicine faculty and as a backup to the Staffing Manager.

Background in education, education-oriented programming skills, and computer literacy (database use, email capabilities, a working knowledge of Excel, etc).
Must have management experience including supervision, leadership and problem solving. Must have the ability to work with a variety of people and to communicate clearly and effectively. Needs to be creative, flexible, and organized.
Preferred skills include experience teaching in outdoor education and/or Wilderness Medicine for NOLS. Wilderness Medicine Instructors, Expedition Instructors and those who would be new to NOLS are all encouraged to apply.
