OARS, one of the most respected outfitters in adventure travel, is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Commissary and Office Manager based in Moab, Utah.

COMMISSARY:
Oversee all aspects of the commissary & food packs
Actively participate in Client Screening for dietary

OFFICE:
Be familiar with OARS policies including Risk Management & COVID-19 plans and Emergency Evac protocols
Submit Receipts & Invoices weekly to Accounting
Submit Payroll with Regional Manager’s approval
Coordinate with Regional Manager on other administrative duties based on personal interests & strength

OTHER:
Be main Emergency Contact for 24 hours as needed and directed by Regional Manager
Supervise guides and staff to ensure they are following company policies & procedures
Meet weekly with Regional Manager and Trip Manager
Assist in Rigs and Derigs as needed and directed by Regional Manager
Assist in driving shuttles as needed and directed by Regional Manager
Assist in greeting customers after trips as needed and directed by Regional Manager

COMPENSATION:

$16.00 to $18.00 per hour with merit increases dependent on individual and company performance, considered on an annual basis
On-call pay as needed

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Driver’s License and clean driving record
Must possess, or be willing to acquire, a UT Food Handlers License within 30 days of hire
Multi-day Guiding experience is a bonus
Customer service experience or superb people skills
Knowledge of current food trends and special dietary needs a plus
Experience or willingness to work in food service industry
Capable of working long hours
