Overview
The Outdoor UW Student Affairs Manager is responsible for advising student leaders in the Sailing and Scuba club within Hoofers organization. This will include technical advising on the club-specific activities and navigating the University and Union policies. Secondary responsibilities will be in creating and promoting programming through the Outdoor UW office together with other campus stakeholders. Schedule is flexible and will require some nights and weekends.

-Background in technical advising in activities such as sailing and scuba
-Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work while balancing multiple priorities and managing multiple interest groups
-Tolerance for creativity in programming with the ability to find solutions autonomously
