Come plan and lead outdoor adventures for historically marginalized youth on Princeton-Blairstown Center’s beautiful 268-acre campus near the Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area! Be part of a diverse and collaborative year-round team as we develop and deliver environmental and outdoor (ropes and challenge course) programs for schools, community-based organizations, and university partners in the New York metropolitan area. Our Program Manager supports the VP of Programs and Assistant Director in all aspects of program management, coordination, implementation, and delivery at the Blairstown Campus and leads our Leader-in-Training program.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work effectively and respectfully with a diverse team.
Able to work long hours, including evening and evening programs, in high stress conditions and be available to assume on-call duties as required.
.WFR, ARC and ACCT Certified or willing to complete when offered.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, and work with a variety of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, professionalism, a commitment to lead by example, and dedication to our mission. Substantial professional experience working with diverse children and adolescents in education, youth development, and/or experiential education.

Preferred Skills:

Possess or be working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
