Overview

Bike Rental Staff main job is to fit guests with bikes for the day. In the morning they will pick the right size bike, adjust the seat, and do a quick check to make sure all components are working properly. They will also properly fit a bike rack on guest’s vehicles and load the bikes. In the afternoon they will unload bikes, clean, and organize the bike for the next day. They will also be asked to do light maintenance of the bikes such as break adjustments, derailleur adjustments, chain replacements, and changing flat tires. As well as other duties as assigned.

Must be 18 years old, excellent customer service skills, ability to stand and walk for several hours at a time, be available to work weekends and holidays

"THE CROWN JEWEL" OF RAIL-TO-TRAIL ADVENTURES Route of the Hiawatha mountain bike or hike trail is 15 miles long with 10 train tunnels and 7 sky-high trestles.
