Full-time 35 hrs/wk
Vacation & Sick Leave
Starting Pay: $18/hr (depending on experience and qualifications)

Digitize paper files and upload into Google Drive
File and pay bills as needed
Make bank deposits, reconcile bank statements (Quickbooks)
Prepare payroll and payroll reports (Quickbooks)
Quarterly reporting taxes (taxes are automatic thru QB)
Schedule and attend once monthly board meeting, write up meeting minute notes and share with the board
Assist in preparation of news releases for conservation projects (sends out request for bids/qualifications to local newspaper as needed)
Schedule 310 permit inspections (coordinate with FWP and one board member to go inspect site) as needed and file/report accordingly to the board
Keep office inventory
Keep up to date on new local regulations, laws, and conservation programs that may benefit the CD and board.
Attend provided training opportunities to further one’s job skills (zoom or in-person)
Keep social media up-to-date with events, education tid-bits, and any pertinent conservation news in the local area.

Preferred Skills:
