Program Director – The Program Directorresponsible for the operational success of our programs. They take their experience, creativity, and vision and transform it into high-quality, nature-based outdoor programming. The Program Director, through supervision and mentorship of our Site Managers, is responsible for the successful delivery of programs in Orange, Durham, and Wake Counties.

Site Managers – A Site Manager helps create and manage magical and impactful day camps for children ages 5-12 and teens 13-17. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our camp locations including managing seasonal and year-round staff members and multiple camper groups.
