A skilled person who can cook in the mountains for up to 12 people. Ability to food plan, shop and prepare nutritious and tasty meals. Emphasis is on vegetarian but may also include meat. No open fire cooking and all on propane stove. Attention to hygiene, food safety, preparation and presentation is essential. Ability to work independently and unsupervised and take on responsibility for many aspectsof a successful program. Trips will be pack stock supported so there will be no big load carrying
