Overview

Provide friendly and positive customer service, daily inspection of course components and gear, properly fit and supervise guests of all safety equipment, lead participant orientation and proper screening of participants, lead and supervise groups of 8 guests through a 9 zip-2 repel-3 bridge canopy tour, set up and take down of course rescue kits as taught in training, provide a fun and exciting experience for guests and put away gear at the end of the tour day.

Qualifications:

18 years or older
GED or high school equivalent
Transportation to Alaska by training day

Preferred Skills:

Comfortable working at heights, ability to effectively communicate instructions to others, good attention to detail, ability to physically perform the job at hand, ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, safety conscious attitude.

We are fortunate enough to have the only tour of its kind in the area, so tourists are drawn to our facility to get an aerial view of the the Kenai fjords, glaciers, and surrounding mountains that jut right out the ground to 5,000 feet while they’re here.
