We need skilled teachers who want to make education better through working in our camps. We’re looking for:
• Team & Site Coordinators: Professionals with outdoor education and management experience
• Outdoor Day Camp Guides: Educators passionate about building competency in kids through outdoor education
• Overnight Guides: Guides experienced in basecamp, expedition overnight & adventure travel programs
Compensation – Range depends on qualified certifications.
Leads: $18.35 – $20.35 per hour
Assistants: $16.85 – $18.85 per hour
Coordinators: $785 – $865 per week
Assistant Guide: 2 years or more general work history
Lead Guide: 1 year or more outdoor education experience
Team Coordinator: 1 year or more management & outdoor education
Site Coordinator: 1 year or more management & outdoor education
Overnight Guide: 2 years or more of expedition guiding
Overnight Director: 3 years or more management & guiding
We need mentors and guides who can lead and create thoughtful and entertaining adventures in the outdoors skills, story, and more. You can come with skills or possess a great willingness to learn. These skills could include but not be limited to the following...
