We are looking for leaders to guide our Grand Canyon backpacking treks during the Spring and Fall, with opportunities to extend the season working Summers in the High Sierra. The ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable individual with strong work ethic who loves the Grand Canyon and can be kind, patient and motivating with people of all experience levels. You should be an experienced backpacker, a decent cook and most importantly, a personable and positive individual who thrives in a group setting. In addition, you must have or be willing to obtain Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification before the start of our hiking season in March.

High Sierra Backpacking Experience
Teaching or Educational Experience a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Masters degree in science or related field for leading and developing curriculum-based outdoor education programs.
