VISIONS Service Adventures, a local Bozeman, Montana organization has been running international and domestic service programs for teens for the past 33 years. We have recently expanded upon our programming, and are now running Gap programs (8-weeks) for college aged-students (17 – 23) in Bozeman with a focus on sustainability and connection to the land.
You and your team are responsible for facilitating a fun, engaging, impactful and safe experience for a group of diverse students far from home. You are their role model as you help them process their experience and make it successful according to VISIONS core values. To do this, you must be culturally sensitive, flexible, patient, kind and hard-working.
As a VISIONS leader, you are the continuation of many years of programs in our locations. These communities look forward to VISIONS returning year after year. We need you to uphold our reputation and relationships with host communities and be a positive ambassador. You will need to treat community members with respect and regard for their cultural norms and follow certain parameters during the program, including a modest dress code.

- Minimum age: 24 for Gap program
- First Aid and CPR before program begins
- Background check required of all trip leaders immediately upon job offer
- Experience working with teens/college-aged students

About VISIONS Service Adventures
VISIONS summer community service programs for high school and middle school students blend ambitious community service work, cultural immersion, travel, and adventure. Programs operate in under-resourced communities in Alaska and Montana indigenous villages, Dominican Republic, British Virgin Islands, Peru, Galapagos Islands and Guadeloupe. Co-ed groups of 16 - 25 youth and 4 - 6 staff live and work together in the heart of a host community.
