If you’re 18–23, a recent high school grad, or a college student looking for real-world experience, adventure, and direction—this is your sign.
Welcome to the Gap Program at YMCA of the Rockies, where you’ll live, work, explore, and grow in the heart of Rocky Mountain National Park.
What this is
This is a paid seasonal work + adventure + personal growth experience.
You’ll work in guest services (housekeeping or food service), live on-site with a community of peers, and step into a structured program designed to help you grow in confidence, independence, and purpose. Program Fee: $500 (Non-refundable Fee. Payment terms available.)

What You’ll Do
During your time in the program, you will:
Work in hospitality roles (housekeeping or food service)
Participate in weekly program days focused on growth and reflection
Join outdoor adventures like hiking, backpacking, and camping

Explore career paths that match your strengths and interests
Build friendships and community with people from across the country
