Zoar Outdoor Adventure Resort is now recruiting seasonal, part-time, and full-time staff to provide our guests with unforgettable experiences!
We are seeking outgoing individuals who want an exciting job that’s outside the box. If you have a sense of adventure, want to learn new skills, and are great with people, we want you on our team and we’ll train you to become best-in-class.
Currently, we have frontline positions for whitewater raft guides, zipline canopy tour guides, and whitewater kayak instructors. We also have openings for our base and support teams which include reservationists, retail staff, facilities, and bus drivers.

Excellent customer service, growth mind set and a willingness to learn, passion for the outdoors, and the desire to create an inclusive space.
First aid/ wilderness medicine and CPR certification, ACA Instructor Level 4 certification in relevant discipline (whitewater kayak, canoe, swiftwater rescue, etc.), previous raft guide/ zipline guide/ whitewater experience, bilingual.

Zoar Outdoor was established in 1989 to offer outdoor adventures in the Deerfield River Valley of western Massachusetts and beyond. Our staff of over 100 consists of friendly professionals from all walks of life ranging in age from 18 – 65 years.
Many of our staff are cross-trained in several areas, enabling them to work as a raft guides, kayak instructors or zipline guides. The versatility of our team members allows our staff to provide excellent service to our guests and to make each Zoar Outdoor adventure truly memorable!
