Confluences River Expeditions, a subsidiary of Alzar School, is seeking a capable and thorough individual to oversee the sales and bookings of our Main Salmon river trips. This customer service manager would help guests through the process of registering for a trip, answering any questions, and supporting a positive experience. The customer service manager will use our online booking software to manage reservations, respond to email and phone inquiries, and work with partner organizations to fill trips. This position can be fully remote. It is anticipated to be 5-10 hours per week, with a very flexible schedule.
Bachelors or equivalent
Previous sales and/or customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new platforms quickly
Ability to convey the power of a multi-day river trip
Schedule flexibility to receive and process calls when they come in
