The Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA Travel and Service Program (TSP) partner with domestic and international YMCAs to help connect participants to communities and people worldwide. The programs are educational travel experiences that focus on service learning, cultural exchange, and leadership development. The programs are designed to meet the critical needs and challenges of teenagers today by supporting, guiding, and challenging young people as they learn skills to become healthy, competent, and caring adults. TSP Trip Leaders will co-lead a group of teens on a 28-36 day international or domestic travel program while facilitating leadership development, service learning, and cultural exchange.
