Overview

The Camp Cook’s main objective is the preparation of meals during Professor Valley Field Camp programs. This role is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner during each program day. The cook is also responsible for overseeing clean-up, managing inventory of ingredients stored at camp, and collaborating with the Commissary Manager to ensure that menus meet the needs of our programs.

– Type: Part Time, Seasonal
– Pay: $20 per hour
– Benefits: Free housing in an on-site Tiny Home
– Meals provided during programs
– Start Date: April 2026

Qualifications:

- Current Utah Food Handlers certification
- Experience working in a high-volume food preparation environment
- Experience working with dietary allergies and restrictions
- Strong risk-management skills and ability to follow organizational safety protocols
- Basic First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
