College Excel is looking for a highly competent professional with solid business acumen, extensive experience developing and directing teams, a track record of creating and implementing cutting-edge services who is passionate about helping young adults and their parents.

The College Excel Program and Educational Director is an integral part of our leadership team. This position works in coordination with the Executive Director, Admissions Directors and Operations Coordinator to build our brand, achieve our goals, manage resources, promote a healthy culture, and create services and communication protocols that build our reputation as the best in the industry. This person will develop and supervise our team of Student Success Coaches and program support staff, oversee the Academic and Curriculum Development Coordinator and Lead Coach positions, advance our coaching model, help to market, recruit and retain students, conduct parent support services, develop and implement innovative programming in addition to seeking out and developing marketing opportunities and relationships with referring professionals. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, the training, supervision and certification of our coaches, interacting with and supervising students, managing parents, building strategic relationships with colleges, networking with the Central Oregon community and overseeing alumni relations.

Strong candidates will have a track record of leading high-performing teams, program development and creating developing innovative programming in order to support and develop young adults, especially those with learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and/or mental health diagnoses.

This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits (401k with matching, health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays). Maintain knowledge of the policies and procedures that pertain to the company’s operations and ensure that all programs act within those requirements
Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed

Required Skills:

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years experience in a related field
Employee management and supervision experience
Experience successfully leading teams of 10+ persons
Experience working in an educational or therapeutic related field, preferably with young adults
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Possession of a valid driver’s license
