Overview
Join Crossroads as an Overnight Camp Counselor and spend your summer making a lasting impact on youth while immersing yourself in the outdoors! You’ll live and work in a dynamic camp environment, mentoring campers ages 13-16 as they build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills. From leading high-energy activities to fostering an inclusive and supportive community, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for young people—while gaining hands-on experience in youth development, outdoor leadership, and adventure-based learning.
Qualifications:
-18 years old and have graduated from High School by the start of camp
-Interested in education, social work, psychology, or nonprofit leadership, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on personalized projects, and even earn college credit
-Team Player who’s willing to collaborate with fellow counselors and staff for a positive camp experience
