About Fairview Lake YMCA Camps
Fairview Lake YMCA Camps is a non-profit YMCA Camp serving children, families and groups year round. Our summer season includes two overnight camps - one on-site at Fairview Lake, and the other at Blair Academy in Blairstown, NJ. We also have a busy day camp on our lake property serving our local youth. We are located in Sussex County, NJ, at the base of the Kittatinny Ridge and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Our 660-Acre property includes a 110-Acre, 1 Mile long lake, forests, meadows and swamps.
In the summer, our camps are ACA Accredited and serve hundreds of children - providing hands on opportunities for staff to build their leadership and facilitation skills in a fun and beautiful setting. During the school year, we see school groups, retreats, teambuilding, scouts and run our own programs for families, children and adults - over 20,000 people enjoy camp each year! Staff members should expect to be busy - you'll teach science based classes like forest studies,
