OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:
The Partnership Manager will be a relationship-oriented educational visionary excited to direct and manage overarching and integrated experiential education programs, playing a significant role in driving JUMP’s vision.
The Partnership Manager will promote a client and results-oriented approach to ensure high quality and accuracy of work and resolve complex programme-related issues and exchange of information.
S/he will be passionate about fostering local community connections and adding depth to our program offerings through collaborating with partners, including academic institutions, governments, and the private sector.

The Partnership Manager will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Create and cultivate partnerships with educators, students, third-party providers, and all stakeholders
Build and maintain effective alliances with other NGOs and foundations and coordinate networking events
Collaborate with JUMP! partners seeking relevant information on opportunities to expand partnerships to new areas of strategic interest
Liaise with and support the Program team in identifying potential projects to propose to the partners.
Conduct introductory meetings with partners to brief them about potential Programs/projects
Oversee the design, management, and facilitation of JUMP! programs
Ensure the quality of the program management process (needs assessment with a partner, program design, program execution, post-program reporting and evaluation)
Lead and manage a team of program facilitators in program execution
Prepare and adhere to program budgets, completing program expense reports
Assist in the development of the program curriculum
Monitor and evaluate programs

Qualifications:

Risk management skills: extensive experience in the risk management process, including conducting risk assessments, developing safety standards and protocols, and training staff.
Project management skills: experience in managing multiple programs of varying sizes with diverse objectives
Team management skills: experience managing and mentoring high-performing program teams
Program design skills: experience in designing experiential education programs and curriculum objectives

Required Skills:

Financial management skills: able to create and manage complex budgets and expense tracking systems and report on financial targets
Stakeholder management skills: the ability to foster multiple relationships with diverse program stakeholders
Monitoring and evaluation skills: familiarity with monitoring and evaluation approaches for experiential education programs
3+ years of work experience in Experiential Education
3+ years of management experience

Preferred Skills:

Passion for working with youth and experience working/teaching in schools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
WFR Certification or above
Attentive to detail, task-oriented, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Passion for and experience with working within cross-cultural environments
Flexible and able to travel extensively within the assigned country and the region
Prior experience living and working in Asia
