Join our crew and experience some of Alaska. We hire Professional Guides, Support People and Interns for a busy season helping our guests enjoy glacier trekking and climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, zipline and more.
This is a seasonal position from the beginning of June until Mid-September.

Qualifications:
Apprentice Guides have the opportunity to take their existing skills in climbing, paddling and backcountry travel and learn how to use these skills to help others enjoy the outdoors. The position is geared towards aspiring guides and outdoor educators.
"AGs" guide glacier treks, assist in ice climbing instruction, operate the zipline, assist with trip preparation and logistics, and join our extended trips as an Assistant Guide.
Required Skills:
All AG's must have a minimum medical training of Wilderness First Responder.
Competitve applicants must also have a good driving record and a strong foundation of outdoor skills.
Preferred Skills:
AMGA Certifications, previous work in the outdoor industry, eagerness to learn.
